This October, Women United invites you to a powerful conversation in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Our Women’s Health Panel – Part 2 will feature the perspectives of a breast cancer survivor, a leading oncologist, and mental health expert Nicole Williams, LPC, LSATP, SAP.

Together, they’ll share inspiring stories, medical insights, and strategies for resilience, prevention, and holistic healing.

Panelist

Nicole “Coach Coley Cole” Williams has been working in the mental health field for 30 years and is a licensed professional counselor, licensed substance abuse professional, transformational coach, motivational speaker, and author of children’s books, mental health journals and self help books. She operates as the founder and CEO of Nick of Time Services LLC., an outpatient therapy company in Virginia and Nevada. She uses her fun, motivating, and interactive social media speaker platform called “Coley Cole Live” to empower women, organizations, and students to overcome their fears and doubts of being their true authentic selves by teaching them ways of renewing their minds, being leaders and overcoming mental health challenges. She is an active proponent of multicultural practice and theory and works dynamically to understand and assist individuals in making meaning of the world within their various cultural contexts.  Nicole has engaged with practitioners and scholars in the fields of leadership, academia, consultation, and training, utilizing expertise in psychology and human behavior focused on substance use, trauma, depression, stress, and anxiety.  Nicole works with the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program, the Richmond Police Department, and the Nevada Chamber of Commerce. She is on the board of a non-profit organization, Roses and Wings, that helps young females learn etiquette, life skills, and principles. She speaks to leaders, organizations, and agencies, providing insight into life skills, clinical skills, unification, and self-care, teaching that “It’s never too late for success”.
