Director of Corporate Relationships
This key role will lead the development and execution of strategies to foster strong, lasting relationships with corporate donors; create personalized stewardship plans, while managing donor communications and ensuring a high level of donor satisfaction and retention.
Director of Monitoring and Evaluation
The Director of Monitoring and Evaluation will be responsible for monitoring UWSN Community Impact Programs and production/compilation of evaluation results reported by programs and initiatives supported by United Way of Southern Nevada.
Early Education Program Manager
This position assists the Program Director with the implementation of the Nevada Ready! State Pre-K Program and related early education programs for United Way of Southern Nevada’s Community Impact initiatives. The Early Education Program Manager is also responsible for supervising the Early Education Program Specialist, and is expected to create a customer-focused service approach that builds relationships and develops high-quality early education programs with measurable results. The Manager is responsible for providing training, technical assistance, coaching, and support to ensure all participating centers meet program and funding requirements.
Early Education Program Specialist
This position assists the Program Manager and Program Director with the implementation of the Nevada Ready! State Pre-K Program and related early education programs for United Way of Southern Nevada’s Collective Impact initiatives. The program specialist provides administrative expertise, technical assistance, coaching, and support to ensure all participating early childhood education centers in Southern Nevada are operating high-quality programs with measurable impact.
Vice President of Finance & Administration
This important leadership position is responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of United Way of Southern Nevada (UWSN); requires a strong understanding of non-profit accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and will work closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Finance Committee, and Board of Directors to ensure the organization’s financial sustainability in achieving its mission.
Volunteer Engagement Specialist
UWSN is on the lookout for a dynamic person who wants to be responsible for promoting volunteerism, recruiting volunteers, assisting with the AmeriCorps program and developing committed United Way of Southern Nevada (UWSN) supporters through the development of strategic partnership; while managing the coordination and placement of volunteers with a focus on the connection of corporate volunteers with appropriate opportunities at UWSN with member agencies and in the community, providing direction for UWSN staff to accomplish volunteer goals and working plan objectives.
