Nicole “Coach Coley Cole” Williams has been working in the mental health field for 30 years and is a licensed professional counselor, licensed substance abuse professional, transformational coach, motivational speaker, and author of children’s books, mental health journals and self help books. She operates as the founder and CEO of Nick of Time Services LLC., an outpatient therapy company in Virginia and Nevada. She uses her fun, motivating, and interactive social media speaker platform called “Coley Cole Live” to empower women, organizations, and students to overcome their fears and doubts of being their true authentic selves by teaching them ways of renewing their minds, being leaders and overcoming mental health challenges. She is an active proponent of multicultural practice and theory and works dynamically to understand and assist individuals in making meaning of the world within their various cultural contexts. Nicole has engaged with practitioners and scholars in the fields of leadership, academia, consultation, and training, utilizing expertise in psychology and human behavior focused on substance use, trauma, depression, stress, and anxiety. Nicole works with the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program, the Richmond Police Department, and the Nevada Chamber of Commerce. She is on the board of a non-profit organization, Roses and Wings, that helps young females learn etiquette, life skills, and principles. She speaks to leaders, organizations, and agencies, providing insight into life skills, clinical skills, unification, and self-care, teaching that “It’s never too late for success”.

Sarah Schmitt holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Education from Virginia Tech and the University of North Carolina. Early in her career, she worked in resource development for United Way and the American Cancer Society, where she helped advance critical community initiatives in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
After moving west, Sarah helped launch a winery and tasting room in Livermore Valley, California, and later built a successful career in wine sales with Southern Wine & Spirits (now Southern Glazer’s) in Las Vegas before retiring.
Her passion for giving back has been a constant thread throughout her life. Sarah has volunteered with the Ruvo Brain Institute and has been an active member of Women United since 2018, where she contributes her energy, leadership, and heart to empowering women and families. She has also devoted countless hours as a “Team Mom,” “Room Mom,” “Band Mom,” and concession manager for her children’s high school basketball program.
Today, Sarah embraces life as a proud wife, mom, grandmother, friend, and “survivor-thriver.” She describes herself as a constant work in progress, deeply grateful for the opportunities, challenges, and community that have shaped her journey.

Dr. Claire Hiles serves the Las Vegas community as a medical oncologist with Intermountain Health, caring for patients at the La Canada Clinic. She enjoys challenging cases involving neuro-oncology and thoracic oncology and strives toward developing trust with her patients. While in the United States Air Force, Dr. Hiles directed a hematology/oncology clinic during the pandemic, several FEMA taskings, and military-wide restructuring. She rose to the rank of Major. Dr. Hiles has published numerous articles on oncology and neurosurgery-related topics in professional journals and has made many presentations on those topics before groups of medical professionals nationwide. She has also participated in numerous medical research projects and taught physicians in training. Among her many awards are the Air Force Achievement Medal and several honors for her outstanding humanitarian work. Dr. Hiles earned her MD from the University of Virginia. She completed an internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship at San Antonio Uniform Services Health Education Consortium. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Internal Medicine. In her free time, Dr. Hiles enjoys running and teaching Sunday school, and she is recently rewatching MCU Infinity Saga after her kids go to bed.
