WOMEN UNITED FIERCE & FEARLESS FASHION SHOW LUNCHEON, PRESENTED BY LIGHT & WONDER | APRIL 12, 2025 AT 11 A.M. | KAOS NIGHTCLUB AT THE PALMS: Join UWSN’s Women United for an unforgettable afternoon celebrating style, strength and community impact. GOLF UNITED TOURNAMENT | MAY 12, 2025 AT 9 A.M. | RED ROCK COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE: Golf enthusiasts are invited to come together in support of the community and United Way of Southern Nevada. PROJECT REACH SENIOR EXPOS 2025 | AUG. 19, 21, 26, 28, 2025 | VARIOUS LOCATIONS: UWSN’s Project REACH Senior Expos provides financial assistance to seniors who are 62 years or older with past-due utility bills. The program is specifically designed to help those experiencing economic hardship. The Project REACH Senior Expos are powered by NV Energy and funded by United Way of Southern Nevada’s Emergency Assistance and Community Needs Fund. DAY OF CARING | SEPT. 19 AT 8:30 A.M. | TOWN SQUARE PARK: Be part of United Way of Southern Nevada’s largest volunteer event, Day of Caring presented by PNC Bank and Barclays. This impactful day brings together community members from across Southern Nevada to support thousands of families, students, seniors, and individuals in need. Following the kickoff, volunteers will head out at 10 a.m. to take on nearly 40 community-focused projects throughout the valley, making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most. WOMEN UNITED SUIT DRIVE | SEPT. 22—OCT. 15 | VARIOUS LOCATIONS
Beginning Monday, Sept. 22, donors can drop off gently used business suits, dresses, hospital scrubs, shoes and accessories to various locations across the valley. The items donated will help women in return-to-work programs at local nonprofits prepare for job interviews, enter the workforce and achieve financial stability. WOMEN UNITED SIP N SORTS | OCT. 16 & 17 | UWSN BOYD CONFERENCE ROOM: Women United invites the community to a day of champagne, music, and camaraderie as volunteers come together to sort and prepare the collected clothing and accessories from the Suit Drive for distribution. WOMEN UNITED SUIT DRIVE CELEBRATION BREAKFAST | OCT. 29 | LAS VEGAS COUNTRY CLUB: Women United invites the community to honor the impact of their generosity during the 18th Annual Suit Drive at the Suit Drive Celebration Breakfast.
