With the support of local women leaders, over 5,506 professional clothing items were donated to help women succeed in their future careers
Las Vegas- November 5, 2021- United Way of Southern Nevada’s 14th Annual Women United Suit Drive was an incredible success as individuals from across the valley came together to donate 5,506 gently-used women’s professional clothing items from November 4 through November 5 to support women in return-to-work programs.
The items donated through the 14th Annual Women United Suit Drive will help women prepare for job interviews, enter the workforce, and achieve financial stability. The organizations who will distribute these items to women include Catholic Charities, Dress for Success of Southern Nevada, Goodwill of Southern Nevada, HELP of Southern Nevada, SafeNest, and S.A.F.E. House.
