United Way of Southern Nevada Announces Top Partners 4 Good Companies
Top 20 Companies Make a Lasting Impact for Local Individuals
LAS VEGAS (February 20, 2020) United Way of Southern Nevada (UWSN) is pleased to announce the 2020 Partners 4 Good, recognizing the Top 20 companies in our community making the biggest impact for Southern Nevada.
“This is a great honor: out of the 300 companies that run workplace giving campaigns here in our community, these companies are a huge force for change in our community,” said Kyle B. Rahn, UWSN President and CEO. “These companies raised the most money and had the highest participation and volunteerism among their employees.”
To honor the impact of these companies, UWSN is hosting celebrations at each company recognizing their incredible accomplishments. With the support of the Partners 4 Good organizations, UWSN created long-lasting change for local individuals that includes:
- 1,257 children received a free, high-quality early childhood education
- 2,089 students received tutoring and homework help and mentoring
- 519 students received support to graduate high school
- 478 people completed job readiness training
