We’re excited to introduce you to Vincent Alston, our Human Resources Manager at United Way of Southern Nevada!
In his role, Vincent ensures that UWSN remains compliant with all federal, state, and local legislation related to personnel matters. He helps drive our continued ethical practices, legal adherence, and safeguards both our employees and the organization. Most importantly, Vincent makes sure every team member feels heard, appreciated, and knows they are an integral part of the United Way of Southern Nevada.
Vincent was inspired to join UWSN by the spirit of giving that shines through the work we do to help our community. For him, it was the perfect opportunity to combine his professional expertise with his passion for service.
When he’s not at work, Vincent enjoys living a healthy lifestyle both inside and outside the office. And if you’re ever visiting Las Vegas, he recommends experiencing the glitz and glamour of the Strip as well as the rich history of downtown.
