Meet our new Marketing Manager, Sam Skarda!
In her role, Sam helps bring UWSN’s mission to life through marketing, storytelling, and community engagement. She develops content and campaigns that highlight the people, partnerships, and programs making an impact across Southern Nevada, helping raise awareness and inspire community involvement.
Sam was inspired to join UWSN because they wanted to be part of an organization deeply connected to the community and focused on meaningful change.
When she’s not at work, Sam enjoys cooking, crafting, and hiking. Recently, she’s also been spending plenty of time playing Pokopia and Animal Crossing on the Switch 2.
If you’re visiting Las Vegas, Sam recommends skipping the Strip and exploring the Arts District instead. It’s one of her favorite places to experience the city’s local art, food, and culture.
