To unite our community to improve people’s lives.
Community Resiliency
Creating stability for the people we serve
What We Do
Our Community Resiliency initiatives support programs that provide emergency assistance, crisis support, disaster relief, and environmental stewardship. By ensuring communities have the resources and support to respond to immediate needs and plan for the future, we protect vulnerable populations, strengthen neighborhoods, and build pathways to lasting resilience.
Our Programs
United Way of Southern Nevada seeks grant funding requests from charitable nonprofit organizations to provide programs and services to Southern Nevada residents annually. This grant opportunity is made possible by the generous, undesignated contributions from donors at workplaces throughout Southern Nevada, corporate grants, and private philanthropic contributions.
