To unite our community to improve people’s lives.

Financial Security

Building job skills and mentorship for lasting economic stability.

What We Do

Our Financial Security initiatives provide career assistance, technical training, and educational opportunities to help build a skilled workforce. We support programs that help people gain skills, earn credentials, and stay relevant in a changing workforce. By equipping individuals and families with the tools and opportunities they need, we are building pathways to lasting economic well-being.

Our Programs

United Way of Southern Nevada seeks grant funding requests from charitable nonprofit organizations to provide programs and services to Southern Nevada residents annually. This grant opportunity is made possible by the generous, undesignated contributions from donors at workplaces throughout Southern Nevada, corporate grants, and private philanthropic contributions.
