Please join us in welcoming Cecilia Sanchez, our new Early Education Program Specialist at United Way of Southern Nevada!
In her role, Cecilia supports preschool educators and works to improve the quality of early childhood programs. She collaborates closely with teachers to implement effective classroom techniques that help set young learners up for success.
Cecilia’s passion for early education comes from her firsthand experience as a former pre-k teacher. Having seen the positive impact of the Nevada Ready! State Pre-K program on children and families, she was inspired to join United Way’s team to be part of this important work creating lasting change in our community.
When she’s not busy supporting preschool educators, Cecilia enjoys reading and taking peaceful nature walks—perfect ways to recharge and find inspiration.
If you’re visiting Las Vegas, Cecilia says there’s one must-do: a trip to Red Rock. It’s a beautiful escape and a reminder of the incredible natural wonders right here in Southern Nevada.
