United Way of Southern Nevada’s Community Impact Grant Program invests in local nonprofit organizations working to improve lives across our region.
UNSHAKEABLE
UNSHAKEABLE helps women build brighter futures through workforce development and employment opportunities. Through its Empower to Employ program, women working to move beyond experiences with homelessness, substance addiction, domestic violence, and human trafficking receive career coaching and support.
Participants take part in the I AM Series, personal and professional development workshops led by members of the UNSHAKEABLE Business Alliance, alongside individualized career coaching, job readiness training, and employment services. With these tools, women build the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need for long-term economic stability and meaningful work.
