Oksana Komarnyckyj (Ko-Mar-Nit-Ski) is a Wealth Strategist with the Las Vegas Team.  She works with business owners, corporate executives, and families to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions to meet their wealth management goals.  Along with her colleagues at Northern Trust, Oksana strives to bring financial wellness and financial peace of mind to the clients she serves.

Experience

Oksana has over 25 years’ experience guiding business owners through every stage of the life of their companies, from start-up to exit.  She has worked in the trenches as well in the corporate board room, in the USA and abroad.

She is a former associate with the international law firm Gibson Dunn and Crutcher.  Her work has provided her the opportunity to support entrepreneurs through an array of mentorship, venture capital and educational programs.  A highlight of her career was establishing Junior Achievement in southwestern Ukraine, where she worked teaching western business practices to an emerging economy.

Oksana is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors and has served on the Southern Nevada Chapter’s steering committee since 2017.  She has the honor of being a graduate of the Leadership Las Vegas Class of 2020.

Carol Mayorga currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at GBank. She is a seasoned banking professional with over 30 years of experience in financial services ranging from 23 years in commercial banking and 7 years in community banking. She specializes in operations, risk management, and client service. She has been with GBank for 8 years and oversees Operations—managing how money moves through the bank from deposits to payments—while leading teams and driving improvements that make processes more efficient and enhance the client experience.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Carol is passionate about financial education and empowering others—particularly women—to build confidence in managing their finances and making informed decisions. She is honored to participate in the Women United Financially Fit Panel and share insights from both her professional experience and personal journey.

Vinetta is a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with MidFirst
Bank. She has more than 25 years of banking experience with a
focus on middle-market companies. Her clients are participants
in a variety of industries, including construction, accounting, legal,
manufacturing, commercial real estate and nonprofit.

Vinetta serves as the current board chair for Future Smiles and previously held director
positions with the National Association of Women in Construction, Las Vegas
Chapter, Nevada Partners, Inc., and Lutheran Social Services of Nevada.

Vinetta resides with her husband and youngest son in Las Vegas and
frequently visits their adult children on the East Coast. She enjoys
large gatherings with family and close friends. She and her family
enjoy volunteering in the community, off-road excursions, traveling
to the Pacific Northwest, and catching beautiful sunsets.
