Patranya Bhoolsuwan

Patranya Bhoolsuwan is a three-time Emmy Award–winning broadcast journalist, speaker, writer, and entrepreneur originally from Bangkok, Thailand. Raised as a diplomatic “third culture kid,” Patranya spent her childhood across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. She moved to the U.S. to study communications and political science at the University of San Francisco, graduating with honors.
She began her media career as a writer/producer at KRON-TV in San Francisco. She went on to work as an on-air reporter and anchor in major US TV markets, including Washington DC, Seattle and Las Vegas. She was nominated and won multiple Regional Emmy Awards during her career, including one for her investigative news series on bullying in Las Vegas public schools. In 2016, Patranya was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame.
In 2019, Patranya made a career shift from full-time journalist to entrepreneur and started her own media consulting agency, Patranya Media LLC. Having lived across multiple continents, Patranya combines global insight with local communication strategy. She empowers individuals and organizations with tools to share their stories confidently and authentically—whether it’s during a TV interview, a boardroom presentation, or across social media. She empowers diverse voices through accessible media training, on-camera work, and engaging keynote addresses, helping clients become more confident, credible, and impactful.

Jan Jones Blackhurst

Jan Jones Blackhurst is a long-time political and business leader who spent most of the 1990s as the first woman mayor of Las Vegas – one of the most popular mayors in the city’s history. She then joined Caesars Entertainment, where she and her teams developed the industry’s first Responsible Gaming practices, advancing environmental stewardship and advocating for important social issues. Jan speaks extensively at many universities and helped establish the International Gaming Institution Center of Excellence at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After leading Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Policy at Caesars for two decades, she joined the Company’s Board of Directors in 2019 where she chairs the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. She became Executive Director, UNLV Black Fire Leadership Initiative January 2021. In May 2022, Jan was appointed to the Board of Directors of Esports Entertainment Group, a full stack esports and online gaming company and in March 2023, she joined the Hospitality Group of World Choice Investments.
Committed to education, Jan serves on the Board for the Public Education Foundation; she has earned numerous awards and accolades while serving on several boards, including the Neon Museum, Las Vegas Stadium Authority, Vegas Chamber, and the Nevada Resort Association. In 2014, she was one of the first women to be inducted into the American Gaming Association (AGA) Gaming Hall of Fame.
Jones Blackhurst holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Stanford University.

Alexis Mussi
Chief Executive Officer
Alexis Mussi is the first female Chief Executive Officer of Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center. She came to Southern Hills in 2016 as the Chief Operating Officer and advanced to CEO in 2019. During her tenure, Alexis has grown the facility from 134-beds to 311. She paved the way for the first freestanding emergency room in the state of Nevada, ER at the Lakes, as well as oversaw the construction of HCA’s first psychiatric build, the Pavilion.
In her time at Southern Hills Hospital, Alexis has expanded services to include gastroenterology, neurosurgery, thoracic and vascular surgery, interventional neurology and electrophysiology. Most recently, under Alexis’ strategic vision, Southern Hills Hospital received funding for several construction projects currently in progress including the 6th and 7th floor, level III NICU, 4 additional operating rooms, inpatient rehab and 2 more freestanding emergency rooms.
Alexis started her career in healthcare at Sunrise Children’s Hospital in 2008 as the Director of Physician and Provider Relations. She advanced through the years ultimately finding her passion for leadership and operations while running Surgical Services at MountainView Hospital.
Alexis has dedicated her life to caring for people and it extends beyond her work at Southern Hills Hospital. She is a Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership of Las Vegas graduate, a founding member of the Ronald McDonald House Red Shoe Society, a Trauma Intervention Program Heroes with Heart Award Recipient, a Latin Chamber of Commerce Community Corporation Award Recipient and a current board member for the American Heart Association. Additionally, Alexis serves as the Chair of the Nevada Hospital Association, the Chair of the Southern Nevada Facility Advisory Board and the non-trauma representative for the Regional Trauma Advisory Board.
Alexis earned her Bachelors in Business and Communications from Arizona State University and her Master’s in Public Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Melisa Eichbauer
General Manager, Findlay Volkswagen
With over 20 years in the automotive retail industry, Melisa Eichbauer is a highly committed leader dedicated to cultivating a workplace experience like no other. Beginning in an entry-level sales role and advancing to General Manager, she has developed a hands-on perspective of every aspect of the business and a deep appreciation for the contributions of every team member.
Recognized for both business achievements and leadership, Melisa has been honored on three “40 Under 40” lists: Automotive News (2019), Auto Remarketing (2020), and Las Vegas Weekly (2021). Beyond her professional work, she volunteers with numerous nonprofits and serves as a Trustee for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. She also supports Volkswagen of America on the Dealer Product Council and National Dealer Advisory Council.
Driven by precision and powered by creativity, Melisa blends corporate sensibility with a marketing mindset that thrives on strategy and storytelling, bringing both polish and impact to every project. She is passionate about developing people, elevating brands, and guiding organizations toward sustainable success.

Hollie Chadwick
First Female SWAT Commander in Nevada
Hollie Chadwick was raised in Las Vegas and attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports and Fitness Management, and a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology. Hollie was a member of the Nationally Ranked UNLV Softball team from 1990-1994, participated in four Division Regional Championships, the College World Series in 1991, and her 1991 team was inducted into the UNLV Athletic Hall of Fame in 2024.
Hollie went on to earn her Doctorate in Public Administration with Capella University in 2019, where she graduated with Distinction. Hollie joined the Henderson Police Department in August 2002 and was appointed Chief of Police in May 2023. Hollie retired in March 2025 after serving over 22.5 years in law enforcement.
As a police officer, Hollie served as an officer in charge, a field training officer, a crisis negotiator, a bicycle officer, a drug recognition expert, a defensive tactics instructor, and a police dog decoy. Hollie served as a detective working fraud, property, repeat offender, and intelligence cases. She also served on a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) task force for two years.
Hollie was promoted to sergeant in 2011 and served in patrol, as a member of the Crisis Negotiation Team, and supervised the Problem-Solving Unit. She was a Field Training Sergeant (FTS) and was promoted to lieutenant in 2015. As a lieutenant, Hollie oversaw swing shift patrol operations, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), K9 unit, and ARMOR unit. Hollie was the first female commander to oversee a SWAT team in Nevada.
Hollie was promoted to Captain in July 2019 and assigned to the East Area Command Patrol Division overseeing Patrol Operations, Problem-Solving Unit, Bicycle Unit, and department manning. In August 2022 she was assigned to the Operation Support Division overseeing the Traffic Unit, Swat/K9/ARMOR Units, and Homeland Security. Hollie was promoted to Deputy Chief in March 2023 and assigned to our Support Bureau for two months until her promotion to Chief of Police.
During her time at the Henderson Police Department Hollie graduated the FBI National Academy in December 2021, Session #280, graduated the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executives in State and Local Government in June 2023 and graduated the Naval Postgraduate Executive Leaders Program in March 2025. Hollie has served on the International Association Chiefs of Police Committee on Homeland Security since 2021.
Hollie is grateful for every day she had the privilege to serve the Henderson Community and is a proud Henderson resident. Hollie loves her Vegas Golden Knights!
On May 22, 2025, Hollie announced her intention to run for Mayor of Henderson. Hollie is committed to the Henderson Community and continuing to serve.
