Meet Pamela Carlston, United Way of Southern Nevada’s Senior Director of Philanthropy! 

In her role, Pamela oversees the systems and strategies that support UWSN’s fundraising efforts, including donor stewardship and fundraising performance. She also manages relationships with donors and supporters. She joined UWSN because of its focus on creating lasting change for Southern Nevadans and strengthening the community she proudly calls home.   

Outside of work, Pamela enjoys getting outdoors and exploring Southern Nevada. In the summer, you can find her hiking at Mt. Charleston, while winter hikes take her to Sloan Canyon. If you’re visiting Las Vegas, Pamela recommends taking a drive to see the wild horses.
