RISE Homes helps young people ages 17 to 24 who are experiencing homelessness or aging out of foster care build toward long-term success through its RISE Scholars program. Scholars receive academic coaching, individualized graduation planning, GED preparation, and help enrolling in vocational and certification programs.
With this support, young people complete their education, build workforce skills, and move confidently toward economic stability, opportunity, and a future they define for themselves.
