Savanna Sibley joined United Way of Southern Nevada in November 2019. She is currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Engagement where she can focus on her passion for community service. Savanna plays a crucial role in elevating the prominence of volunteerism within the organization.

Under her leadership, Volunteer Engagement evolved into a dedicated department, leading initiatives such as Corporate Service Projects, the annual Day of Caring, and strategic partnerships with organizations like the NFL Green, the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee, and various corporate organizations and businesses throughout Southern Nevada. Savanna’s impact extends further as she spearheaded the development and implementation of UWSN’s Volunteer Connect platform. Her vision and dedication to creating meaningful volunteer engagement led to the platform’s remarkable growth, with nearly 6,000 dedicated volunteers now actively using it to contribute to the community.

Savanna’s journey into volunteerism began early, influenced by her involvement in the National Charity League (NCL) alongside her mother. Beyond her role at UWSN, Savanna continues to make an impact as a judge and consultant in the cheerleading industry. As a member of the Jameson Fellowship 2024 Cohort, Savanna collaborates across sectors to foster compassion, unity, and impactful change.
