Vice President of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Zina manages a significant range of responsibilities that contribute to the success of UWSN. She plays a pivotal role in establishing organizational policies, procedures, and practices, while staying up to date on industry trends, and ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and local policy.  

Zina plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that shape the organizational culture of UWSN. She is excited about fostering an environment based on principles of humility, gratitude, kindness, and fun. By infusing these values into the fabric of the organization, Zina aims to cultivate an atmosphere where employees thrive, excel, and find fulfillment.   

Zina has over 25 years of expertise in human resources leadership roles and earned her BASc in Human Resources from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix.
