HopeLink of Southern Nevada helps people build financial stability through its CareerLink program, closing the gap between job seekers’ skills and Southern Nevada’s changing workforce needs. CareerLink serves a wide range of people, including immigrants and refugees, seniors seeking income stability, survivors of domestic violence and trafficking, first-time job seekers, people with disabilities, and people in supportive housing programs.
Participants receive individualized job coaching, resume and job search help, interview preparation, digital literacy and workforce readiness training, connections to hiring managers, and support like transportation, childcare referrals, and professional attire. With this guidance, people build the skills and confidence to find lasting employment and create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
