April is National Volunteer Month, and United Way of Southern Nevada (UWSN) is celebrating by giving you the chance to win an incredible Staycation at The Venetian Resort!
How It Works
- Every 2 hours of volunteer work = 1 entry into the National Volunteer Month Challenge.
- Volunteer between Wednesday, April 1st, and Sunday, April 26th, at 11:59 PM PST.
- The more you volunteer, the more chances you have to win!

How to Participate
- Login or create a profile on Volunteer Connect.
- Log all volunteer hours on Volunteer Connect.
- Ensure all hours are approved by the appropriate volunteer coordinator.
- Volunteer outside of Volunteer Connect? That’s okay! Just provide a contact email for verification.
Winner Selection & Details
- The winner will be notified via email on Tuesday, April 28, by 1:00 PM PST.
- To claim the prize, the winner must respond via email by 3:00 PM PST on Wednesday, April 29.
- The winner must attend the UWSN Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on Thursday, April 30, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM PST at United Way of Southern Nevada (5830 W. Flamingo Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89103) to receive the giveaway.
- If the prize is not accepted within the outlined time, UWSN reserves the right to draw another winner.
