Vjollca Tarjan is the Market President for Enterprise Bank in Las Vegas, bringing extensive leadership experience in Middle Market banking, business banking, community banking, international banking and entrepreneurial success.
Throughout her professional career, Vjollca has built strong relationships providing strategic financial guidance and commitment to economic development, and has helped businesses navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve sustained growth. Vjollca’s banking career began in 2002 at Fleet Bank – Bank of America in North East, where she developed a strong foundation for supporting businesses. After a few years in banking, Vjollca joined the family’s business, where she applied her expertise to manage and improve the financial aspects of the business. Seeking greater opportunities, in 2009 Vjollca relocated to Las Vegas with her family and took on roles with US Bank, focusing on community banking leadership and further business banking, successfully driving sales growth, operational efficiency and compliance excellence. In 2012, Vjollca transitioned to Wells Fargo Bank where she managed business banking relationships for a number of years.
With a proven track record of success, in 2017 Vjollca joined Wells Fargo Middle Market where she played a key role in commercial banking relationship management, strategic business development and leading several line of business initiatives. Additionally, at Wells Fargo, Vjollca was instrumental in new employee coaching and mentorship, ensuring new team members quickly integrated into the culture. She played a key role in developing and coaching junior bankers, helping them build careers and achieve professional growth. Currently, as Market President for Enterprise Bank, Vjollca is responsible for the strategic growth and development of the bank’s operations in Las Vegas. In this capacity, she works closely with bank executives, clients, and community leaders to drive Enterprise Bank’s mission of delivering exceptional customer service, innovative financial solutions and personalized banking experience to businesses across the region.

A native from Albania, faced with significant challenges during her upbringing, immigrated to United States on her own as a student, facing a new language, culture and environment. She was nominated for the Women Distinction Award by National Women’s Business Owners, (NAWBO) highlighting her dedication to empowering women in business. As a champion for Women’s Leadership and business diversity, Vjollca directed several banking women’s leadership initiatives hosting flagship events that brought together many women leaders and executives from across the Las Vegas community. Additionally, she directed the Southwest Division business diversity of women business owners’ segmentation across multiple markets to advance opportunities for diverse businesses and professionals.
Beyond her professional achievements, Vjollca is deeply engaged in community leadership. She currently serves on the board of Directors for Nevada Bankers Association and has previously served as a Board of Directors for Nevada Succeeds, The Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Nevada, Business Committee of NAWBO Las Vegas and Vegas Chamber. She has been actively involved with several other organizations and chambers, Financial Executives International (FEI) supporting financial professionals in leadership and business growth. Passionate about education, mentorship, and community impact, Vjollca is involved with Junior Achievement and UNLV Business School working to foster financial literacy and economic empowerment. Vjollca holds a Bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University and a Master’s degree from DeVry University. On her personal life, Vjollca resides in Henderson, Nevada with her family, cherishes her role as a parent, and enjoys spending quality time with her children, older parents, and two sweet dogs. In her free time, she loves to cook and travel, always exploring new culinary delights and destinations that enrich a grateful life.
