Aaron Krolikowski

Vice President of Programs

Dr. Krolikowski first joined the UWSN team in 2016 as a community impact consultant, bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization. In this role, he spearheaded various critical initiatives, including grant writing, performance measurement, program design, technical assistance, and policy research. His exceptional leadership and expertise played a vital role in shaping the success of these endeavors. 

Currently serving as Vice President of Programs, Aaron manages UWSN’s diverse range of programs, including Community Impact Grants, Nevada Ready! State Pre-K program, Project REACH, United Against Human Trafficking initiative, and the crucial Emergency Food and Shelter program. His strategic guidance ensures these programs continue to make a significant and lasting difference in our community. 

Before joining UWSN, Aaron operated an independent research consulting business, catering to United Ways, philanthropic foundations, and local governments. His extensive background includes serving as the director of research and public policy for United Way of Buffalo and Erie County, where he made notable contributions to advancing their mission. Furthermore, his academic achievements are commendable, having earned a PhD in geography from the prestigious Water Program in the Smith School for Enterprise and Environment at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
