Thanks to all of our Corporate Partners!

and many more!

Running a United Way “Campaign” is a traditional way thousands of companies partner with us to support their communities. Providing employees with meaningful opportunities to give back to the community at the level they feel comfortable is a benefit for any corporate culture. A well-developed partnership with United Way provides employees with these and many other opportunities:

  • Community Involvement — opportunities to give back and improve lives
  • Convenience and affordability in giving options such as payroll deduction and electronic pledging
  • United Way’s knowledge of the community ensures investments are channeled to where the needs are greatest
  • Strategic giving — opportunities for direct investments by area of interest such as healthcare, education or financial stability
  • Professional and service-oriented volunteer roles with partner agencies
  • Publications, eUpdates and educational forums to stay informed of pressing social issues

We want to thank all of the companies across the Valley who are stepping up their support through creative events, volunteer engagement and contributions. We thank our Top 10 campaign, NV Energy for your commitment to the community. We especially love their “Paul Crawl” event in which employees visit four different floors to learn how they can support United Way. The last stop is a dessert bar hosted by President and CEO, Paul Caudill.

Another United Way Top 10 campaign, CenturyLink, sponsored our “Be A Champion for Children” ad in the VEGAS INC Giving Guide and invited us to the Angel Awards. Zurich North America showed their commitment to children by creating more than 170 dental kits. Sitel Las Vegas rallied support like never before and donated $25,000 to United Way.

HouseMart Ace Hardware Southern Highlands employees Rowell Batallones, Yael Oliva and Jaime Paulino presented United Way’s Brooke Malone with a check from the HouseMart/United Way t-shirts sales.

Helping to get kids ready for school, Sitel Las Vegas “Packed the Bus” and donated over 45 boxes of school supplies to Jack Dailey Elementary School.Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino held a school supplies drive with employees and delivered them to Dean Petersen Elementary School.

Thank you to all of the companies and employees for showing your passion and helping children and families in our community to succeed.
